Leadership Team
Foster Care Case Management (FCCM) Team
BFT provides contracted foster care case management services to families whose children have been placed in the foster care system, in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Social Services – Children’s Division.
Resource Team
Our Resource Team provides foster care and respite provider licensing and services, along with adoption through foster care.
Private Adoption
Our Private Adoption Team provides adoption services to Missouri families seeking to adopt a child.
Intensive In-home Services / Intensive Family Reunification Services (IIS / IFRS) Team
Our IIS / IFRS Team provides intensive in-home services and intensive family reunification services.
Home Visitation Team
BFT’s Home Visitation Program provides education and support to expecting parents and parents of young children.
Transitional Living Team
The Transitional Living Scattered Site (TLSS) program can provide youth 18-21 with a place to live and help them work towards independence.
Parenting+Plus Program
Our Parenting+Plus Program strengthens biological parents by promoting safe, nurturing visits where the parents can learn, grow and develop in their parenting skills and confidence.
