At Bringing Families Together, we know that the heart of our mission is our dedicated team of professionals who work tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. We take a moment to highlight one exceptional team member each month who has gone above and beyond in their role. This month, we are thrilled to recognize Sharonda Pankey as our Employee of the Month for February!
Sharonda Pankey has shown remarkable dedication and compassion in her work with the children and families we support. Over the past month, she has been recognized by her peers for continuously demonstrating exceptional care and commitment to our mission of strengthening families and children.
We are fortunate to have Sharonda on our team and appreciate all she does for our children and families! Sharonda is a Family Service Worker on our Foster Care Case Management Team. She has been with BFT since August 2024 and says that her favorite thing about BFT is:
"My favorite thing about working at BFT is being able to empathize with and serve our families/clients. I love being able to create solutions that lead to successful futures for our clients.”
Sharonda also holds a B.S. degree. During her time with BFT, her work has been a reflection of the values we hold dear at BFT: integrity, compassion and a relentless commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our children and families and the community.
We are proud to have her as a part of our team and look forward to seeing the continued contributions Sharonda will make at BFT.
