Bringing Families Together’s passion is finding permanency for children - and through family reunification whenver possible. We have just wrapped up another year of our permanency efforts and are so pleased to share this year’s progress!
Check out our two permanency boards! One of these boards is from our Resource Team and the other is from our Case Management Team.
Our first goal for permanency is family reunification whenever it can be safetly done for children. When that is not possible, we also find permanency for children through kinship placements and other adoptions.
