This month, we are excited to recognize Hannah Norwood as our Employee of the Month for March!
Hannah’s passion for supporting children and families shines through in everything she does. Over the past month, she has been recognized by her peers for her outstanding commitment to our mission of strengthening families and helping children thrive.
Hannah is a Family Service Worker on our Foster Care Case Management Team and has been part of the BFT family since July 2024. When asked what she loves most about her work, she shared:
"My favorite thing about BFT is the culture. Everyone is so kind, and open to lend a hand to anyone in need.”
Hannah holds a B.S. degree and embodies the values we cherish at BFT—integrity, compassion and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
